Welcome to CiteHub! By accessing our website or subscribing basic/Premium plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

0. Please Consent Before Subscribing​

• Subscription Start Date: If you pay via manual payment, service begins on the payment confirmation date (not the submission date, as payment can be void).

• Service Period: Default duration is 12 months, or as specified in the review quote report.

• Citation verify after Service End : Since the academic publication process and Google Scholar indexing typically take at least 4 months, we will evaluate the citation count promoted by our service 4 months after the service period ends. This timeline ensures a fair assessment when determining any refund if the guaranteed citation count is not met.  If you terminate the service before the agreed end date, charges will be applied based on the actual expenses incurred and the verified citation increase measured 4 months later.

• Citation Criterion 1: If we notify you of 80% of the guaranteed citation count (evaluation quote report) during the subscription period, and the citation increase during the service period exceeds the guaranteed citation count, the project is considered complete.

• Citation Criterion 2: Your citation increase in the previous year was n and the guaranteed improvement is m. Considering some scholars cite your paper without providing feedback,  we deem the project is complete if citations during the service period (12 months) increase by at least m+n.   That is, the number of citation increases—excluding natural growth— reach the requirement specified in the evaluation report.

• The completion of either Citation Criterion 1 or Citation Criterion 2 means the project is finished and no refund will be issued. 

• If you remove your paper from Google Scholar or if Google Scholar eliminates your citations due to duplication or other reasons (like pre-prints replaced by official publication that citations from pre-prints disappear), we cannot be responsible for such citation loss. If the citations remain available on other search engines, like https://www.scilit.com/, but are not visible on Google Scholar, we may consider them if deemed reasonable. 

• In addition, starting from the subscription period, we will continuously and repeatedly save mirrored copies of the Google Scholar citation data for verification and record-keeping purposes.

• 订阅开始日期：如果您通过其他担保平台付款，服务从付款确认日期开始（而非提交日期，因为付款在确认前可被撤回）。

• 服务期限：默认时长为12个月，或以评审报价报告中规定的时长为准。

• 服务结束后引用次数统计：由于由于学术论文发表流程及 Google Scholar 收录通常需要至少 4 个月时间，我们将在服务期结束后 4 个月对本服务所促进的引用数量进行评估。此时间安排可确保在确定是否退款时进行公平的评估，如果未达到保证的引用数量，将据此处理退款。如果您在约定的服务结束日期之前提前终止服务，我们将根据实际发生的费用以及在服务结束后 4 个月所核实的引用增长来收取费用。

• 引用标准1：如果在订阅期内通知的引用次数超过提升数（evaluation quote guaranteed count）的80%，且在服务期间引用增长超过保证数额，则项目视为完成。

• 引用标准2：过去一年您的谷歌学术自然增加引用量为n，评估报告担保的增加次数为m。鉴于有些学者会引用您的论文但未提供反馈，如果服务期间（12个月）的引用增长达到m+n，也即除去自然增长后的提升次数达到评估报告的要求，则项目视为完成。

• 满足引用标准1或引用标准2中的任意一项即视为项目完成，且不会引发退款。

• 如果您主动从 Google Scholar 中移除论文，或因重复收录、内容调整等原因导致 Google Scholar 删除了您的文章或引用，进而使引用数量减少（例如 pre-print 被正式发表文章替代），对此我们不承担责任。
  若该引用仍可在其他学术搜索引擎（如 https://www.scilit.com/）中检索到，我们将在合理判断的前提下酌情予以参考。

• 此外，我们自订阅期开始，会不间断地多次保存 Google Scholar 的引用数据镜像，以便核查与记录。

CiteHub offers a subscription-based service for managing citations, conducting peer reviews, and providing research assistance. Additional features and tools may be offered in various subscription plans.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information when signing up and maintain the confidentiality of their account details.

• Users agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.​

3. Subscription Plans

CiteHub offers multiple subscription plans with distinct features and pricing. Please review the details of each plan carefully before subscribing. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan.

4. Confidentiality

All research and materials submitted through CiteHub are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Peer Review Process

The peer review process is conducted with impartiality and professionalism. CiteHub acts as a facilitator between reviewers and authors, ensuring fair and constructive feedback.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be canceled based on your request, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

• Refunds are only available if explicitly stated in the plan details or required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, are the property of CiteHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

CiteHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. The maximum liability of CiteHub shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

9. Termination

CiteHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior on the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Refund Policy

• All subscriptions are billed monthly/or once, with payment due at the start of each service period.

• All payments are final. At the end of service term, if you are not satisfied with the services provided and believe there will be refund, please apply refund from the customer support, and refund will be based on subscription term.

• By subscribing, you secure uninterrupted access to CiteHub’s services for the duration of your term.

• Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not provide a refund for the current month. Access to CiteHub services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

• CiteHub reserves the right to adjust subscription terms, including pricing. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

• By subscribing to CiteHub, you accept these terms, acknowledging that cancellations do not result in refunds but allow access until the term’s conclusion.

 

12. Citation verifiy

• Because academic publications typically take 4–6 months before becoming publicly available, the impact of our service on your citations can only be fairly measured after this delay.

• At the end of your subscription term, please allow at least 4 additional months for the increased citations to appear. For example, if you cancel your subscription after 3 months, you should still wait another 4 months before checking the actual citation growth that our service has generated.

• If your subscription plan includes a citation guarantee, please note that the guaranteed citation count will be verified only after 4 months following the end of your subscription term.
